Treating customers fairly
As a regulated firm you can be assured that we are bound by principles set by the Financial Conduct Authority. One of the most important of these is “that a firm must pay due regard to the interest of its customers and treat them fairly.”
But that’s the least our clients would expect. We are also exceptionally trustworthy. For example, our reports explain why we have recommended a particular product or service and highlight any advantage or disadvantage that needs to be considered so that you can make an informed decision.

- We are transparent – we give clear and regular information to clients about the service we provide and how much we charge
- We ensure our advice is always in your best interest and that the products and services we recommend are suitable and appropriate
- If you are unhappy with any part of our service we’ll log your complaint and investigate it in a fair and objective way
