Employers are looking to invest more in health related benefits, writes Richard Davey.
Whilst ongoing economic uncertainty continues to take its toll on employees – ensuring job uncertainty and long working hours – it is encouraging to discover that employers are becoming much more switched on when it comes to realising the benefits of employee wellbeing, with many planning to invest more in health-related benefits over the coming year.
