Enrich launches pension service

Enrich launches their pensions service to provide employers with strategic direction for the review, implementation and management of their pension plan.

Enrich, one of the UK’s leading benefit and reward companies, today launches their pensions service to provide employers with strategic direction for the review, implementation and management of their pension plan.

The pensions service will integrate into Enrich’s existing portfolio of solutions and will benefit employers looking to fulfil their reward and benefits strategy through one adviser.

Focusing on defined contribution (DC) arrangements and transfers away from defined benefit (DB) legacy schemes, Enrich will help clients drive and deliver performance against long term corporate and reward objectives.

The service encompasses a range of consultancy advice including pension scheme governance, delivering and managing pensions and benefits through one portal, consulting on Personal Accounts issues and new employer duties, salary sacrifice, scheme review, investment advice, provider reviews, scheme design, communications and engagement, retirement options, executive benefit design, scheme consolidation, change projects, corporate wrap and member modelling tools.

Following a management buyout of Gissings in October 2007, Enrich remained under a non-compete agreement not to enter the pensions market for a period of two years. This time has now lapsed and Enrich is utilising its previous 30 years’ experience to deliver a pensions service that enables clients to maximise the effectiveness of their pension and benefits strategy.
