Cheryl has worked within the group risk industry for the last 16 years.  She started her career as an Administrator within one of the major group risk insurers and quickly progressed within this role to a senior position within the administration team.

Keen to progress within this industry, Cheryl moved to Enrich (then Gissings Advisory Services) in 2002 and took on the role of Risk Adviser to a portfolio of national accounts.  During the last eight years she has progressed within the group risk department.  Between 2006 and 2010, as a result of her building a strong reputation and good working relationships with clients and insurers, she became Manager of the risk adviser team.  More recently Cheryl has been appointed as Director and has taken on the role as Head of Strategy and Change Management.
