Jamie started his career at Swiss Life in 1991. He became National Sales Manager for the group with responsibility for new business income and strategy for the employee benefits business.  

In 2002 Jamie moved to Norwich Union Healthcare and was responsible for the National Accounts Team for both PMI and risk benefits. Jamie was part of the NUHC team that was responsible for strategy and the implementation of Wellness within the range of services offered.

Jamie moved to Enrich (then Gissings Advisory Services) in February 2005 as Head of Risk and won the Health Insurance Award, Group Income Protection Intermediary of the Year, some months later.

Jamie has recently focused on strategy, efficiencies and profitability. He has undertaken a change management programme at Enrich, which has resulted in a complete remodelling of the risk team during the past 18 months into a dynamic and proactive contributor to business performance.
