Justine joined Enrich in February 2011 as Human Resource Manager. With over 10 years experience in HR across a number of sectors, including IT and Insurance, Justine’s key strengths include People Management: recruiting, developing HR policies, motivating individuals, building client relationships and operational expertise.

Using her excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, she is able to train, develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external Stakeholders which ensure organisational effectiveness. Experienced in providing relevant, expert advice and support to managers, Justine helps find solutions that meet business’ needs and comply with legislative requirements.
