Suzie joined Enrich (then Gissings Advisory Services) in April 2001 within the nursing advisory team, moving on to join the Risk department in various administrative and advisory roles before becoming Head of Client Services for the business in 2010. She has established a strong operations team who are responsible for delivering a high quality service to our clients in respect of risk, healthcare, flex, pensions, claims management and care support services. Suzie has also played a key role in the development of company databases and the implementation of electronic data management.

Prior to Enrich, Suzie worked at Ashdown Nuffield Hospital where she was a Customer Services Manager with responsibility for implementing quality initiatives during her 8 years of employment. Whilst there, Suzie implemented key operational efficiencies and also project managed the hospital's achievement of the HQS quality accreditation for which she received a commendation for her work.
