Andrew has over 10 years experience in the flexible benefits industry and joined Enrich as Head of Flexible Benefits in 2010. Andrew continues to drive innovation in the human resources arena by advising organisations on how to implement a successful and sustained long-term employee benefits strategy. Andrew is responsible for all elements of online and offline communications strategies interwoven with flexible and voluntary benefits capabilities.
Previously Andrew worked at 4th Contact, one of the early pioneers of flexible benefits technology as Partner Director and Jelf Group as Director of Benefits Management where he was instrumental in formulating the flexible benefits and communication proposition.
