Upgrade packs
Enrich’s youflex® Professional allows businesses to upgrade with either a Benefits pack or a Technology pack.
The Professional Benefits pack lets employers accommodate and extend benefits by complexity of benefits or choices. The Technology pack includes:
- A fully configurable front end as a seamless extension of the company intranet.
- Multi-national capabilities.
- Integrated online payslips.
- Integrated online survey tools measuring the success of benefits plans.
- The ability to produce detailed and bespoke reporting as a result of mergers and acquisitions, complex grading structures and changes in benefits arrangements.
